The Xtreme Fat Loss Diet was created to help normal people lose weight extremely fast in only 25 days and aims to give you a faster metabolism when you have lost the weight than you had when you started the plan.
This is an extreme plan which involves 5 day cycles which allow you to have a cheat day once every cycle and the other days you eat certain foods so that your body can work efficiently at burning all that unwanted fat.
The Xtreme Fat Loss Diet follows the following structure -
Day 1 - Cheat day & exercise - this is my favourite day! Eat whatever you want & follow specific exercises to boost your metabolism
Day 2 - Protein shakes & exercise
Day 3 - Fasting & lactic acid training
Day 4 - Moderate carb day & exercise
Day 5 - Lactic acid training day
This 5 day cycle is repeated 5 times so you can lose a lot of weight quickly in 25 days.
I have tried many diets in the past and have been unsuccessful due to the fact that I love my food and hated feeling deprived when I couldn't have treats to keep me motivated.
This is why this plan spoke to me in volumes. The luxury of a cheat day where I could even eat ice-cream sounded like a dream come true and if I became skinny while doing it, it seemed like the perfect plan for me.
I thought after following the plan for 25 days that it was excellent! I will admit that it was hard work and you have to put the effort in to get the results you want.
