Apple Cider Vinegar - Your weapon in the war against fat?

Following a healthy eating plan and a healthy diet and wanting just a little bit of help? Then you may want to try Apple Cider Vinegar. If you have never heard of it, it is a dietary supplement that has been proven to suppress the appetite and is great at detoxifying the body. It can be easily taken mixed into water a few times a day before meals.


If you don't like the taste, you can take it in capsule form so it doesn't put you off! Apple Cider Vinegar contains enzymes which can speed up your metabolism and is also great for reducing water retention so brilliant if you are feeling very bloated. 



The thing to remember is that this is not a quick fix. It will give you weight loss at a steady and gradual pace if you take it regularly but will not make you skinny overnight. From research I've done, I think that Braggs is a good bet and quite a well known brand you can't go wrong with. Now, I'd better go. It's time to go and take my Apple Cider Vinegar.
